Raw materials: mainly made of plastic materials such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyamide (PA), etc. These materials have good flexibility, wear resistance, and weather resistance, which can ensure the performance of plastic lawns in different environments.
Production process: first, add color masterbatch, anti-aging, wear-resistant, flame retardant, anti-static, anti ultraviolet and other additives to the plastic particles, and then make straw fiber through the wire drawing process. Then, using PP fabric, mesh fabric, non-woven fabric, etc. as the base fabric, the grass fibers are woven together by a lawn tufting machine. Finally, apply a layer of adhesive on the base fabric to fix the grass fibers and dry them in the drying oven to form a plastic lawn product.
