Stainless steel wire mesh, also known as stainless steel mesh or stainless steel woven
mesh, is a mesh product made of stainless steel wire weaving. It has various characteristics,
such as low-carbon environmental protection, humanized design, prevention of high-altitude
falling objects, sturdy structure, and high filtration accuracy.
Stainless steel wire mesh has a variety of materials, including SUS302, 201, 304, 304L, 316,
316L, 310, 310S, etc. Its production process includes the same diameter of radial and
latitudinal steel wires, with each wire intersecting every two (or more) up and down, and every
two (or more) up and down at each latitude. There are various weaving methods such as plain
weave, twill weave, stone weave, etc.
High filtration accuracy: Reasonable silk warp and mesh design make it have characteristics
such as no deformation, damage resistance, corrosion resistance, less prone to rust, and a
smooth surface. Good processing, welding, and assembly performance, easy to use,
and long service life.
Widely used: Used for screening and filtration under acidic and alkaline environmental conditions,
used as mud screens in the petroleum industry, screening screens in the chemical fiber industry,
and acid washing screens in the electroplating industry. In addition, it is widely used in industries
